It looks god...simple and straight forward, I would just make the top letters a little bigger.

1, you don't really need to use a gradient over the text, the orange and white contrast enough, but the yellow kinda blends in the "battle" into the white.
2. The main character is very flat colour wise. I'd brighten it up, ad a bit more contrast and saturation and see how that goes. At the moment it's mostly acting as a shilluette
