Gear Opinion AMD Ryzen 2700X

Any one running this processor for editing? I'm about to build a new computer probably within the next month. What has been your experience with these Ryzen CPUs? They seem to be a much better architecture than old 8350.

I'm currently using an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X and I don't have a problem with it. That being said, I'm not a tech person so I wouldn't even know if something's wrong unless it's super obvious xD

I haven't edit much these days, but when I do, it's been a smooth process for me.

Yeah, it looks like the Ryzen chips are what we've been waiting for. I'm still running and old 8350 chip. It says 8-core but the architecture is more like a 4-core chip, lot of bottlenecks in the architecture. But from what I hear in various reviews and such, Ryzen is it!
