Affiliate Question Detailed Data Download

Hello, I'm trying to understand the detailed affiliate data that is available for download. For each of the rows in the spreadsheet is that a user that I have referred to TubeBuddy or just a click on my link? I see each row has a referral ID and account status. Thank you!
