Explain your issue: Is it possible to get into the Youtube partner programme and not show the ads to the people? I am working for a brand and they don't want to show ads to the public. I do feel getting into Youtube Partner Programme will help and drive growth even if we are not showing the ads to the public. If anyone has any answers, would be helpful .
