Studio Beta or Studio Classic? I'm not sure
What version of TubeBuddy? I am not sure - I can't find the Quicklinks menu. I downloaded whatever the latest version is.
Is it related to a video? No
Explain your issue: I just downloaded your Chrome plugin - I need to create a backup file of all my channel's video titles and descriptions but when I click on Start Backup, nothing happens. Any suggestions for making this work? Thanks!

The backup and export tool is for Pro users and higher, although you will need a Star if you want to export it. You can check out each individual tiers and what they provide here: https://www.tubebuddy.com/pricing.
