Answered 2 channels requires two TubeBuddy subscriptions?

As the title states. On my first channel I'm obviously using TubeBuddy (Pro). I would like to use it on my second channel as well. Does that require me to buy a second license? I also received a one-payment offer for the second channel. Do such offers exist for my first channel as well?
