YouTube Question New Short Time

YouTube announced last week that starting October 15th, shorts would now be 3 min and under. So we posted a video that was 1:54min. It doesn't show up under shorts - but it does show up as a (very short) video. The really strange thing is, most of our video views range in from 500 to 200k. This video only has 28 view, 4 days later. It must have something to do with the video post. Any ideas?

This update is slowly rolling out to all users… YouTube has mentioned that not all users will be able to see the 3 minutes shorts video as shorts, and it won't be going directly into short shelves either. I would recommend sticking with less than 1 minute for the shorts and testing this new feature at least a month or two from now once it has been rolled out completely to all users and regions.
