In Progress Unable to generate the Milestone Certificates

I am unable to generate the Milestone Certificates. I think Tubebuddy lacks testing. Monthly issues and no intimation to users on email.
I have logged off and logged in again to verify but that did not work.

PFA, the certificate image isn't loading.
