YouTube Help Difficult in Subscribers

I have struggled to get subscribers on YouTube. This has frustrated me.
I need help how to grow on YouTube. Help me grow.
I have tried and I will keep trying but I need help and support and information that will help me grow.

How many videos do you have posted? if its less than 100, you need to just keep going, you'll see from the analytics what works and what doesn't, the age, gender, country, points of the videos people liked etc, then focus on those points. It takes a lot of effort, people think its easy but its not, so keep going, its taken me years to just get to 8K subs
