Answered Youtube Stats not available anymore since a few month

It's been a long time since I cannot see stats as graph on my main Youtube page.

I saw It was due to Youtube upgrade.... So we had to wait for a few day until dev do their job...

But, a few month later... no more news.

Add to this thumbnails isn't available too.

I would really love to be refunded ...

If I knew that, I choosed VidIQ...

So please... How Can I be refunded ?
