Answered tubebuddy extension not working getting NO HELP FROM SUPPORT

I followed the directions on the website and even reinstalled it and it is still not working.

I followed all the directions on how to get the tubebuddy extension to work and nothing is working. I emailed support 3 days ago and I have not gotten any help. I paid over $300 for the Legend service and I'm not happy that I can't get this to work. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME?
