So this is my Thumbnail for an upcoming live stream with my GF. The title will be more or less "LIVE: Diablo 4 Let's Play Together". The title is still a work in progress but it's just to give you an idea.
So the advice I'm seeking is that I used two images from the Fandom site e.g. the two Necromancers sins both my GF and I will be rolling one and I'm just wondering if there will be any copyright issues around it.
From their site if you upload you have to adhere to the following:
So in my humble opinion then all of the images that are on their site are in the public view and hence free to use? Copyright breaks my brain.
But while we are here please let me know what you think about my Thumbnail as well. Any criticism will always be seen as constructive and helpful.
