Ah for starters, you can add CTA (call to asking) in your videos at a specific interval... Don't overdo it. If people like your content, they'll anyway smash the like button but reminding them once in a while or dropping a pinned comment on your video stating that don't forget to like if you enjoy the content, bla bla helps!
