Hello.
I made a mix of various soundtracks created by Hans Zimmer. I tried to read about copyright, but I didn't read anything special, apart from the obvious information. Seeing hundreds or thousands of this type of mixes on YouTube, I thought that since there are so many and no one deletes them, maybe YouTube automatically shares the profits of channel authors with the owners of the rights to the songs. Unfortunately, when I uploaded my video, YT blocked it, showing exactly which fragment was the problem and who had the copyright to it.
Does anyone know how it is possible that there are so many of these types of mixes on YouTube and they are not removed? This applies not only to film music mixes, but to all other mixes. For example, during Christmas, hundreds of Christmas music compilations appeared.
