YouTube Question Titles and Keywords

Hi

I want to know, if I come up with a very nice and relevant title for my video (it could be suggested by TubeBuddy also) but if does not have good ranking keywords, should I still use that title. It gets very confusing at times. Should I write the title for YouTube search engine ranking or to connect better with my audience?
