Hey there, I'm Iamme and I just signed up. So I bought the Pro version and I go to use the keyword explore and it says I need to download the extension. So I remove the tubebuddy extension for fire fox that I had already downloaded and re-download the tubebuddy extension for fire fox again and head for the keyword explorer again, click on it and ppffftttttt!!! It says I need to download the tubebuddy extension. Just wondering if the tubebuddy extension is messed up for fire fox or do I need to use a different browser? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, we no longer support Firefox browser. The extension only supports Chrome and MS Edge. I'd advised you to use TB on those browsers so you can use it without any issues.
