Answered 2 Bugs on videolytics like count

I noticed 2 bugs on videolytics pertaining to correctly displaying the like count on a video.

Bug #1 is when the number of likes on a video are <1000, then the displayed count on videolytics was 1 less than the actual amount).
Every video I checked did this, so I won't list examples. I'm not sure what is displayed on videolytics when the video's like count is 1 or 0.

Bug #2 is that when the number of likes on are video are >1000, then the displayed count is also incorrect.
For example, on my video

which has 10286 likes, videolytics says 10.
Or

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rphcx1fMnAA
has 4004 likes but videolytics says 4.
Or

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQ849UzHUGk
has 1113 likes, but videolytics says 11.
Or

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FjAD97KEh-E
has 1094 likes, but videolytics says 1.
