I have the Canon M50 and I have loved this camera for years, however, the autofocus and viewfinder started bugging out a couple of years ago and I just can't take it anymore. I need a new camera and I just can't decide on which one!
Issue with the viewfinder: I have literally tried every update, contacting canon, changing settings, disabling touch screen, and nothing works. While I film, the viewfinder like automatically starts clicking random settings, and changing the auto focus to manual focus and back. It's driving me crazy. It's like a ghost is controlling and pressing on the screen while I film.
I primarily film review videos where I am just standing in front of the camera. I also use the camera (with a 50mm lens) to take super detailed photos of the products for my blog.
Maybe thinking about:
Lumix S5
Lumix S5ii
Sony Alpha A6400
(Open to more suggestions)
Budget is under $2000. I need a viewfinder that I can see when I'm in front of the camera and possibility to attach a mic. Super appreciate any help!
