YouTube Question I can not verify Mobile number for thumbnail

I had 2 channels already. i made 3rd channel and deleted 2nd one. still i can not verify my mobile. number
can anyone help me about it.

I have deleted other channel

you can use one mobile no for two youtube channels if you have created a 3rd youtube channel then you have to use another mobile number
