Need Advice Watch hours

any strategies on increasing watch hours?

I have the subs and upload every day but no where NEAR watch hours. seems impossible. i have 20-30 vids again, 1 or 2 a day at this point

Hi, I think the more important thing is to make an attractive content.
Although regularity is again very important; to upload 1 video regularly.
Focus on the content, check your competitors content and get ideas then frame that to a new video
