YouTube Help Copyright on movie clips

Hi everyone
Hope you can help me with this
I was wondering if I would get away with creating content out of movie clips put together to create a hypothetical scenario
I've seen 2 channels on YouTube doing it and I don't understand how were they able to monetise
Not sure if I'm allowed to mention them on here but here goes, the channels are Bgv Edits and Alternative Cuts
As far as I know that's copyrighted material they're using but is it transformative enough to get away with it?
I've been researching on forums but wasn't able to find any concrete information

BGV Edits and Alternative Cuts probably have permission to use them.

You can use them, but you need to ask the copyright owner to use them. It's really expensive though.
