We are in our peak period as a beauty channel! What are the best ways to to utilise this? Do not get me wrong we have been around since 2020 and amassed over 3200 subscribers so we are doing afair amount. But we want to drive more people to our videos in this period as our ad sense and affiliate link commissions are up.

That's very good growth. I don't have quick easy solution, but if you are getting affiliate sales, you may want to look into starting your own line of physical products or start an online class around you best performing videos, if applicable. This is not a YouTube growth strategy, but it is a business growth strategy. People are already spending money connected to your brand, why not keep all the profit?
