Answered RisingStarBuddy is not for me?- Why?

HI everybody, i am a PRO Member but i am trying to update to Legend using the RisingStarBuddy, pity i don┬┤t get the chance, all the time it says : NOt for Members over 1000 subscriber, what a susprise!!!, i have only 401. Anyways. I just tried. Greetings.

Hi! I'm sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you through this. If you have a channel that has less than 1000 subscribers, you are eligible for the discount.
