Answered Suggested Shorts, Thumbnail Analyzer and Title Generator are not on my accounts.

Hi There, In 2 of my 3 accounts, the Thumbnail Analyzer and Title Generator are not accessible on my accounts.
I already tried to uninstall / re-install the plugins and nothing. I found on the forum that this is an account issue, so I already sent you guys an email with the 2 accounts related to the issue.
