I received an email today from youtube. Yesterday I made a short (not associated directly with a video, as I do not like how shorts get presented from the videos, unless I am doing something wrong), and the video had already 167 views. Already cause my videos unfortunately have 40, or 50 views the most, and my first short 2 days ago have already 900 views. So, I received their email saying "Your short video was removed because of some change on the video definitions". They kept the visualizations etc, but they removed the video. I uploaded it again today and have 4 views :/... Why does this happen?, did some of the footage I used got changed and this happened in my video? I don't get it, that means that if for any reason someone on the other side of the world wants to change something on their video and I have 10 seconds of his video on mine my video gets deleted? .. Help me understand this term from youtube, please. Thanks in advance.

I haven't figure it out. This is what happened. On the original video yes, I did used others small clips (but my original video was not deleted), the short was made from my original long video. That is why it is strange. I didn't delete my long video, it is still on the channel. And the short was deleted. I understand that if I used someone's clip or whatever, everything related could eventually be deleted, but only the short was.

When you use someone else's content... particularly music... they own the copyright. They lend the rights to you so you can use it for Shorts or your video but they can at any given time make changes to the allowance for their work. In this case they decided they no longer wanted to offer their music for free, so they took down their copyright allocation and YouTube has to delete any/all videos associated with that song. It is part of the TOS for using their music.

YouTube's automated content recognition system may flag videos that use copyrighted or inappropriate content, leading to removal or restricted visibility. Even a few seconds of someone else's video can trigger this. It's essential to be cautious with content usage and, if needed, seek permission or use royalty-free materials to avoid potential issues. Be mindful of YouTube's community guidelines and copyright policies to maintain a successful and compliant channel.

Cost loose music that is Litzensfrei is not a mistake. because then yt looks with its program at the upload whether the Litzens is free or whether a naming must be made etc. all this has one with the yt program not with Litzensfreier music.
Since there will be no strike etc I had taken from video delux also Litzens free music there was the but a Litzens music fraction inside 20 sk so I took the video down and reworked with other music there is a site where you have a subscription 9 euros a month and gets no strikes because the rights of the site there belong. you can also make a partner program so that the self-supporting. but there you can contact the support. that would be the page where you can google epidemicsound the belong to all the music pieces and also has the possibility keit to get a partner link where the subscription is paid after completion. at some point but that you have to make the email how to do that.

YouTube's content moderation algorithms have become increasingly sensitive to copyrighted material and violations of their community guidelines. It's possible that your short video contained some elements, even if just a few seconds, that triggered their automated system to flag it for removal. This could include copyrighted music, images, or any content that might infringe upon someone else's rights.

When YouTube removes a video due to changes in video definitions, they typically preserve the view count and other statistics associated with the video. However, re-uploading the same content may not yield the same results in terms of views, as the initial boost in views might have been driven by external factors like sharing on social media or appearing in YouTube's recommendations. Also, when you re-upload content, it doesn't carry the same history as the original video, which can affect its performance.

To avoid such issues in the future, it's essential to review YouTube's content policies, especially regarding copyrighted material. You can also use YouTube's copyright tools to check if any elements in your video might cause problems. Additionally, if you believe your video was mistakenly removed, you can appeal the decision through YouTube's content removal appeal process, which might help in some cases. Remember, YouTube's algorithms are complex and not always perfect, so staying informed about their policies and guidelines is crucial for a smoother experience on the platform.
