YouTube Question Can a former Primary Owner recover the account.

Hi,

I have become the Primary Owner of a Youtube channel and everything is fine ...... can the former primary owner recover the account.

I am the Primary Owner and there are no other managers or owners.

Any post or guideline to completely transfer the account to me.

Not an official answer here... but if it was a branded account you should be able to see clearly in the settings who the managers of the account are. If it was a personal account before, then it would probably be easier for someone to try to get the account back by saying it was hacked, etc, etc.
