so , how does it count as 1 view on shorts?
if someone just flip over my short for 0.1 second, does it count as 1 view? or they have to stay for a certain time frame ?

I think as soon as they swipe and land on your video, the view is counted. Correct me anyone if I am wrong. For long form videos, its usually 30 seconds counted for 1 view.
