Need Advice VIRAL SHORTS

I want an advice from you how can i get views on my shorts?

It's very random, my strategy is to just keep creating content and learning my analytics so I can better target my viewers. It is quite confusing when one short will get 1000s of views in only a few minutes and others only 100s in the same time span.

When I upload any short, I get 100+ views in 10 minutes. And if my short is engaging (showing off my bubbly and goofy personality), then people watch the short for full 1 minute. And if people watch your full short and if possibly rewatch it, YouTube keeps sending those shorts to everyone as long as it is maintaining the retention. Best advise is to add a hook, so that people dont swipe away. Make them stay. Be weird (bonus tip).
