I only watched 2 of your most recent videos so keep that in mind. I think it boils down to you're in a very competitive niche and you have to stand out and grab the viewer within the first few seconds of the video. From the thumbs to the content, it looks like it could have been 100% auto ai generated. It's lacking any kind of "host personality", something for the viewer to connect with, etc. I don't watch very many gaming videos, but when I do they are the ones with a host super imposed in the video, talking, having fun, etc, etc. What's your channel's overall click through rate btw?

Thanks for the feedback, it's appreciated. I'm getting a new headset with mic to get back talking on my videos. Current set aren't compatible with the ps5. My click through rate is 4.3%

I'm not at all a gamer but you made me really want to checkout it out with you're latest. That says a lot. Your screen record of the game is really great. How did you do your screen record? I've not found a good screen record app for my PC computer. Keep up the great work. Like I said, I've never had a gaming interest, but your video made me want to try this one out.

Hi, thanks for the kind words. I'm using the PS5 to record, edit and upload directly to YouTube.

Love what you're doing there!

As mentioned above, it's a cutthroat competitive field to be in, BUT the pie is big enough, so go for it!

If I were the owner of that channel, I'd IMMEDIATELY start using the A/B TEST function of TB to see whether the current thumbnails are perhaps too busy? The writing on them is often quite hard to distinguish from the background, tougher to read, hence might not stand out as much as you'd like it to be in order to get more traction?

I'm working hard on getting my thumbnails right as well - and the amazing TB A/B TEST function has picked up 25-30-40% improvements by making sometimes small(er) adjustments which I didn't think mattered...yet...

My 2 cents.

As moba gamer myself, what you are doing is very impressve!

Gaming is a competitive niche also very hard to let YouTube promote our video. As a gamer myself, I tent to attracted to tutorial type of content or tip & trick content. With these type of content easily allow you to create interesting thumbnails. I can suggest making content which related to tutorial or tip & trick type of content. It is easier to hook viewer in and wanted to watch your video.
