I am thinking to delete a shorts and reupload again becuase it is not doing too well.
however, I got 1 subscriber from that shorts, so if I deleted it, will that subscriber disappear as well?
No. But tread carefully about re-uploading content. Do some research, I've seen positive and negative comments about deleting and re-uploading content.
