TubeBuddy how many times you post per week?

1 Video a week. 1 short per week. If I get more engagement, I will increase the quantity.
On youtube:
Long videos, once a week
Shorts: at least three times a week
At first i thought i could stick to two long videos a week, but i didn't have time, so once a week seems reasonable for now.
Shorts as many as I can pump out. Longs weekly.
I , like many others struggle for time so I made 20 vids to upload one a week and hopefully give me some time to make more .
I've only got a few left after only being able to make two in the past two months!
So for now it's still one a week and they're around the 15min mark on average.

I post one video per week. I have not done any shorts yet. Still getting a time set each week between work and kids.
I try to post at least once a week. As I mostly share recipes, I try to post them on Thursday/ Friday.
I hear you - time constraint is definitely a challenge for 1-2-3. long-form video content per week.
Why not increase the number of shorts videos per week then?
