YouTube Help How do I respond to a counter-notification on YouTube?

I own the copyright of the video and remove the copy of the pirate uploader, who submit a copyright counter notification. So I have to submit some ΓÇ£acceptable evidenceΓÇ¥ as YouTube Help suggests:

• Lawsuit
• Court order
• CCB claim
• Determination of infringement from the CCB

But isnΓÇÖt that too troublesome and time-consuming for simply taking down a video? Does that mean that I really have to seek a lawyerΓÇÖs help?

So is there anyone who can give me some suggestions on this? Like a lawsuit template or what? So that I can use the template directly and solve this issue asap.
