YouTube Help watch time decreasing

Hi my subscribers are now done 1.3k subs need 4k watch time but my channels watch time now decreasing before taht it was 300 watch time hours now 149 watch time what is the issue

In order to get monetized you need to have 4,000 hours of watch time in the last 365 days. So for example, if you had a video from 366 days ago that had 150 hours of watch time your public watch time total will drop now that it is no longer in the last 365 days. Also, because the 4,000 hours must be for public watch time then if you make a video Unlisted or Private those hours will no longer count towards your 4,000.
