Camera Gear Starting YT Channel Green Screen Help For My Son.....

Hello all, I'm looking to start a YT channel for my son. He's looking to have these type of videos with I'm guessing a green screen,

My question is what hardware/software would be required to accomplish the same look as the video link. Would like to have whats on the screen of his ipad, iphone, xbox, MAC, etc. mirror on the video but only show his face with the game on the background.

Late reply, but any properly lit green screen and Chroma Keying in Post. There are a lot of good tutourials out there in YT land. lighting is key to get a good key................
