Self review: This s a short video meant as a tribute to the police and law enforcement who've placed themselves in harms way to protect our communities. What I'm looking for is just general ways I can improve. Production quality, length, etc.

It's a quite emotional video. The music you chose fits very well. One thing that might have room for improvement would be to place more sentences and use less time focusing on the same sentence. It's nice to watch if you are interested in emotional stuff.

Won't make your day better of course because of the sadness you'll feel.

The picture you've used in the thumbnail could be something that fits the title. Something that describes a fallen police officer like a coffin with a police hat on top for example.

Okay, I did go back and work on the thumbnail. I don't quite get what your saying about using less time focusing on the same sentences. Does that mean the the text is too long? Give me an example.

No, what I mean is that the time that is provided to show the sentence Is a bit too long at some parts in the video. I mean you can put some more text or parts without text but just more footage. Or maybe, if you are able to, some reactions from her colleagues on her passing away.

Similarly to the other video that you recently posted, I feel that these videos can still get their message across while being shortened.

The intro scene its difficult to hear what she is saying over the radio anyways, so you can show the text during the same clip as the radio call.

there were also 2 gun shot moments within the video, I think you can find a way to shorten this to only one scene with gun shots.

So the videos need a slightly faster pace, this one also needs more music in the background .. the music can cut out just before the gun shots and start after. a brief moment of silence is all thats needed to accentuate this event.
