Answered Canned Comments not working

The "Canned Comments" feature is currently not working in either Firefox or Chrome.
When I go to any of my videos, select "reply" and then choose one of my canned comments, the comment does not populate in the comment field.
Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions?
