Answered TubeBuddy Channelytics has stopped - how do I get support?

I've been using TubeBuddy for a while and I really like the channelytics plugin that loads directly in the browser inside YT. However on October 9 it stopped updating.

I saw someone else with the same problem and I've emailed support 3-4 days ago but I never heard back. How do I get it updating again and how do I get support for this?

It's a known issue and our team is working on it.
