Answered Weighted vs Unweighted on Keyword Explorer

I typed in a potential title and got 100/100 on Unweighted but only 21/100 on Weighted.
Does that mean I should NOT use it? Under what conditions would it be good to go ahead because Unweighted is 100/100?

In essence, the Unweighted numbers is a comparison in general across all of YouTube whereas Weighted compares your video, more specifically, based on your channel and other channels similar to yours. So, as a general search the title seems to do well, but compared to specific channels like yours the title seems a lot more common thus harder to get noticed.

It's like wearing a neon shirt in a large crowd of people thus easily being noticed but a few others also have neon shirts on thus making it harder to find you specifically among them.
