Can I make a YouTube video with a link to a contest page that I am entered in?
I am entered in contest that has nothing to do with YouTube and I'm not wanting to say YouTube has a connection to it, I am wondering if I'm able to do a YouTube video about it to get more votes on that contest and Link the contest page in the description box?
