Need Advice When to change a Thumbnail and Title?

Hi Everyone,
I started my channel this June 2022.
Since then I have "improved" my thumbnails and titles based on the tutorial videos I have been watching.
These are people also using tubebuddy.
Wondering if there is an industry standard?
Unfortunately I am not seeing a big improvement on my views.
