I can't get tubebuddy to work on firefox chrome or the app what is going on?

It seems the issue has been resolved as the logins are going through however, If the issues are persisting from your end, please send an email to us at support@tubebuddy.com or you can make a support ticket at https://tubebuddy.com/support so that our team can collect the sample of the issues and see what's going on.
It might as well sound silly but If you all can try clearing the cache and cookies and reinstalling the TB extension, that might be worth a shot too!
