That means your channel doesn't have enough data regarding the total number of subscribers or the minimum subscribers required and the number of views you're getting in the last 28 days for YouTube to extract data and help you understand.
I believe you're trying to find out the best time to upload, unfortunately, that can't be achieved unless you're uploading videos consistently and at the same time, your videos are getting good or at least views between 100-300 each video, which will definitely take time If you've recently started channel or you're still trying to find the loyal audience or subscribers.
Please do note that in order to get the below two charts:-
For this chart, you at least need between 300-500 subscribers, as YouTube requires data, If you don't have enough subscribers or let's say If you have less than between this range, it's hard for YouTube to understand your audience and subscribers' behaviour.
For this very chart, all you need is good amount of views per video to help YouTube to understand when your viewers are mostly active on YouTube, this will only be achievable If you've around 100-300 views each video and your views are approximate around 2-3k views in last 28 days.
NOTE - The information or the numbers which I have given you is based on my personal experience and testing, those numbers can be different in your case however, it's safe to assume that those are the entry barriers or the minimum requirement that you have to meet in order to unlock this.
I'm really sorry you feel that way however, with no disrespect but there's no other way for us to explain to you and make you understand how TubeBuddy actually works! For what it's worth, we can definitely help you in certain aspects or the areas of those videos where you're not understanding, however, simply, we can't explain to you or be it, anyone, in written how does TubeBuddy works, for that very purpose, we have tutorial videos and YouTube channel where you can browse or search for our tips and tricks video and use that knowledge when you actually use our extension.
