How long does it take for a YouTube ad to get approved? How much time does AdSense take to get approval for a YouTube account?

Sorry, I should have explained my question better. I have yet to advertise anything related to my channels, I was just curious (for those advertising) if the goal was to promote a specific video or the entire channel. Thx.
