Answered Tag Lists on app. (IOS) Help needed.

Hi all.
i use TB but i do have an issue on the mobile app for ios 13 pro max and 2021 ipdad pro.

Ho do you add any of your tag lists to a single video.??? i can see how to copy from another video and into clipboard etc but under the menu and tag lists i cannot see how to copy and then drop into a new video.

Am i going crazy here is this not available or is the option hiding somewhere lol.
I do not have much hair and currently it is getting less by the minute ha ha.
Any help or a video link to show how too would be truly grateful.
