YouTube Help YouTube Channel Stops growing

I employed a YouTube manager 3 months ago because I wanted to focus on my news website, which was giving me more money.

I noticed a strange growth in the number of new videos she edited and worked on, which was not in line with my normal channel growth. Unknown to me, she used a site of which I did not approve, so I fired her and took over my videos.


My channel few is even lower than the normal average views I had before employing her. I feel upset that she did this behind my back and maybe YouTube noticed and stopped suggesting my videos.

Will this ever be rectified? What do I need to do to get back suggestion and impressions on my video.

Oh thatΓÇÖs not fun to read what she did to you. I think that you need to improve your videos seo score again and maybe change your thumbnail use new tags and so on and give it some time and then see what happens?


I have a small YouTube channel and I am still learning so I am not sure if it will works?

Yeah you are ok. You caught it in time. It may have a short-term impact on impressions, but go back to the things you were doing before and you can pull it back.

I am unclear what you mean by "strange growth". Also, how does a site you do not approve affected your situation?

What kind of videos was she supposed to produce vs. the ones she did.

I am curious about the circumstances so I can learn from it.
