I am unable to upload YouTube short on my channel watched bunch of videos but didn't got solution?
uploaded short video from pc but did not uploaded as youtube short

Is your short the correct format (vertical video)? Is it under 60 seconds? These are the two most common reason why a video doesn't get set as a short. You can tell if it IS a short if you look at the URL on computer and see shorts in the see shorts in the URL. See this example.
