YouTube Help Public listing - but told it's private?

Hi, why are my listings showing as public but I'm being told they are private and can't be viewed? Are there two places to change this as I have definitely changed it to private on the main screen under Channel Content and also checked under Manage Videos and it's showing as private? Thanks for your help.
