YouTube Help I made a 22 sec. clip of a video I found on YouTube. How can I use it?

I made a 22-sec video of the opening of a piece of music. I would like it to play either inside my video or link to it at the end. What are ways to do this? I don't seem to be able to download the video, and I want to do things by the book. Thanks.

to link to this 22 second video at the end the way i know is in end screen
Go to content, then open your video, then go to editor, then you will see several options that can be included in the end screen of this 22 second video
