I'm putting this here because I will be promoting "one of my channels" where I used the new Chapter Editor and love it.
Also, it is very easy to figure out and work with although I already had my chapters laid out because I review my videos after I compile them "before uploading" to make sure everything came out fine. While I do this is where I write down the time codes for where I want to chapters which makes editing them in the editor MUCH easier and quicker.
