YouTube SEO Why are my Shorts videos not being viewed? Which strategy adopted?

I recently created a SHORTS YouTube channel in addition to my main channel. Unfortunately my videos are little seen. Yet these are the same videos that I post successfully on TikTok and on Instagram (several hundred thousand views for some videos). How is it possible ?

I'm not sure I fully understand how Shorts works on Youtube. Do you have to post them from your smartphone? Should we put #shorts in the title of the video? How long should the title be? I have the impression that it is not the first image of my videos that is chosen to be shown first...

Should we post at the same times that I usually post on my other channel? Or should we favor the morning around 08h?

Do you see anything that could be a problem?

Thanks

The algorithms for each of these platforms are very different, so it's not always guaranteed that a video that performs well on one platform will perform well on another. Just as with making long form content, it's important to try new things, learn the best practices for this specific platform, and test, test, test. For YouTube shorts specifically, they highly encourage videos that loop in order to get more than 100% retention.

yes but I have the impression that YouTube does not offer some of my Shorts to other people.

Some of my shorts were only seen by me or my family, because we went to my shorts channel page to see them. But these videos were not offered to us in the shorts tab of Youtube while one watches all the videos in my shorts channel and we like them every time. It's very strange.

On Tiktok for example if I use a second account or that of my wife, the videos are offered
